How to cover your loved ones back home

Providing cover for your loved ones
1. To sign up, you will need to provide your details as our main policy holder
This would be first step of our quick sign-up process.
2. Provide us key information about your beneficiaries
This would include names, addresses and basic information about their health and known pre-existing conditions.
3. Choose the appropriate level of cover
We have currently secured Premium and Premium Plus options for all our beneficiaries. You will be able to review key benefits and exclusions during this step.
4. Choose to pay monthly or annually
All beneficiaries are signed on an annual basis but you may pay for their health cover on an annual or monthly basis. You may also make your initial payment via multiple payment options.
5. That’s all. Your loved ones are covered!
After an initial payment is made, you will receive an email confirming cover typically from the first of the next month. Also, you will receive a further email requesting:
- Your primary choice of hospital – from an impressive list of hospitals from our chosen HMO (or health insurer). Don’t worry, we can select one for you if you’re unsure, and
- A passport photograph of your beneficiaries (it doesn’t have to be perfect) – this is needed for their health card which would be sent by our chosen HMO to their address within 28 days. They can then use that anytime they go to their chosen hospital.
