Getting quality health care for your loved ones with Rockstone Health is simple and pretty straightforward.
However, if you are new to Rockstone Health and have never heard of us, you may have questions. You’ll find the answers here.

How do you provide cover for our loved ones?

We are brokers for some of the best Health Management Organisations (HMOs) in Nigeria. These HMOs provide quality health cover for leading corporations such as banks, oil and gas companies and the Nigerian military. When you sign up with us and provide your beneficiary details/location and level of cover, we place them with the most suitable HMO who ensure they get the same quality level of care. Two of our featured HMOs are below:

One of the largest HMOs in the country, United HMO not only look after some of the largest corporate clients in Nigeria but also look after the military, navy, air force and wider armed forces of the country. In our estimation, their quality health cover for the elderly in particular is one of the best in the world.

Marina Medical Services (HMO) are a dynamic fast-growing HMO with most responsive customer service team in Nigeria. They serve the employees of esteemed corporate clients such as MTN, Citibank, Ecobank, FCMB, HP to name a few, and look forward to serving Rockstone Health and our clients.

What exactly is covered?

You can view our plans here. We also endeavour to send you and your beneficiaries copies of policy covers for your reference.

What happens when a loved one is unwell?

All our beneficiaries are provided with health cards. So it is important that you provide us with the right contact details (phone numbers, emails and/or address) for your loved ones. Should any of your loved ones need to visit the any of our hospitals, they simply need to take their health cards with them and they’ll be attended to promptly.

When does cover start?

Cover currently starts on the 1st of the next month (after signing up).

We haven’t received our health cards yet but need the hospital now.

No problem. As long as you have your policy number provided via email/text, you’ll be attended to as well.

We were assigned a hospital close to us but have now moved. Can we change our hospital of choice?

Of course. You may change your designated or primary hospital at any time by contacting your HMO directly or emailing beneficiaries@rockstonehealth.com. Also, it is beneficial to note that even though you are assigned a designated hospital, you can be treated at any of our HMO’s reputable hospitals across the country.
